US ORDERS

 

Processing, shipping + delivery

For instock items, please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing after the order is placed.  For pre-order items and made-to-order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production.

Packages shipped with USPS will take 3-5 days for delivery. Payments by e-check via Paypal may delay order processing up to 10 business days for the e-check to clear. If faster shipping service is desired, please contact us as soon as possible as we offer additional shipping options including 1 day processing and next day delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For instock items, please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing after the order is placed.  For pre-order items and made-to-order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for production.

International packages generally take 2-3 weeks for delivery, our preferred shipping carrier is USPS International. For international delivery, packages are subject to customs clearance and in rare occurrences, delivery delayed through customs may take up to 6 weeks. Custom taxes, fees duties and/or VAT are not prepaid and may be applicable to your order. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if additional charges for import taxes, fees and/or duties will apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product purchase price or flat rate shipping charge. Customs forms will reflect the full value of the order purchase total and will be marked as MERCHANDISE.

Delivery confirmation may not be available for international shipping. If tracking is desired, please contact us! We offer additional shipping options including tracking or expedited service.
