Updated return policy
Orders shipped with a free fabric mask may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Unfortunately, do you hygiene reasons, fabric face masks may not returned once shipped. For a refund to the original payment, $15 for the face mask will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Return Policy
We understand that online shopping is tough, we'll try to make this process as painless as possible. If you need to return an item, please contact us [ returns@shopapricity.com ] within 10 days of receiving your order with the order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will respond within 1 business day (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST) with return instructions. Returns without an approved authorization will not be processed. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition with original tags intact to receive a full refund or exchange credit.
US Orders
REFUNDS • We're happy to accept items for a full refund - minus the original shipping - as long as the item is in new and unworn condition. Return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of return approval, and a full refund for the merchandise purchase price (and applicable sales tax) will be processed within 3-5 business days of return package delivery. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. If items returned are found to be damaged, altered or worn, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.
If an item is delivered after the authorized return window has expired, a refund will not be processed. If you would like us to send back the item not processed for a refund, please contact us within 5 days of the package delivery to our return address. Additional postage will be billed for resending the item. After 5 days, we will donate the item and it will no longer be available to resend.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES • Need to swap out your order for another size or color? Exchanges on regular priced merchandise are a snap with free shipping both ways. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to submit your exchange request. We'll keep the exchange request on hold for an additional 10 days. We will email you a one-time courtesy prepaid postage label for returning the order. If an exchange return is received after 10 days and the exchange request is no longer available, a store credit will be issued instead.
Only one prepaid return label will be issued for per order. If another exchange is requested on the same order after the first exchange has been already been completed, a prepaid return label will not be issued.
Processing, shipping + delivery
After the order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing. Packages shipped with USPS will take 3-5 days for delivery. Payments by e-check via Paypal may delay order processing up to 10 business days for the e-check to clear. If faster shipping service is desired, please contact us as soon as possible as we offer additional shipping options including 1 day processing and next day delivery.
International Orders

EXCHANGES • We are unable to process exchanges for international orders at this time.
Processing, shipping + delivery
Please allow 2-3 weeks for international delivery, our preferred shipping carrier is USPS International. For international delivery, packages are subject to customs clearance and in rare occurrences, delivery delayed through customs may take up to 6 weeks. Custom taxes, fees duties and/or VAT are not prepaid and may be applicable to your order. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if additional charges for import taxes, fees and/or duties will apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product purchase price or flat rate shipping charge. Customs forms will reflect the full value of the order purchase total and will be marked as MERCHANDISE.
